What are the Myvitamins Performance Effervescent Tablets?

Myvitamins Performance Effervescent Tablets are dissolvable tablets containing a unique blend of electrolytes to support hydration and performance. Each tablet provides a combination of Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, and Calcium, as well as a blend of Vitamin B1, B2 and B6 all in one tablet. These tablets come in two fantastic flavours (blackcurrant and lemon) and just need to be added to water.
