Wir haben ein aufregendes, neues Design gestaltet, und während wir damit eine neue Ära einleiten, werdet ihr bei euren Bestellungen die ersten sein, die mit den neuen Verpackungen in Berührung kommen. Veränderungen sind gut, brauchen aber auch Zeit, besonders dann, wenn sie verantwortungsbewusst vorgenommen werden.

Da wir keine makellosen Verpackungen verschwenden möchten - das würde unserem Nachhaltigkeitsversprechen widersprechen - werden Bestellungen für eine Weile möglicherweise eine Mischung aus alten und neuen Designs enthalten. Es handelt sich aber natürlich trotzdem um dasselbe hochwertige Produkt, das ihr von uns kennt. Wenn ihr also zufällig eine Bestellung im alten Design erhaltet, wisst ihr, dass die Bestellung dazu beiträgt, Abfall zu reduzieren.

Mit 30g Eiweiß pro Portion und einem täglichen Schub Kohlenhydraten, gewonnen aus Haferflocken und Dextrose, ist dieser Shake perfekt geeignet, um deine Energiereserven aufzutanken ³ und dich für jedes Training mit genügend Nährstoffen zu versorgen.

Jeder Shake enthält außerdem noch 5g Creapure® — die reinste Form von Creatin Monohydrat — was nachweislich die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit erhöht ,¹ während das zugegebene HMB ein Metabolit der essentiellen Aminosäure Leucin ist. Kommt auf natürliche Weise in Proteinen vor und hilft dabei, neue Muskelmasse aufzubauen und zu reparieren².

1. Kreatin verbessert nachweislich die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit in aufeinanderfolgenden kurzzeitigen, hochintensiven Übungen. Der positive Effekt wird mit einer täglichen Aufnahme von 3g Kreatin erreicht.

Kohlenhydrate tragen zur Wiederherstellung einer normalen Muskelfunktion (Kontraktion) bei, nachdem hochintensive und/oder langanhaltende körperliche Betätigung zur Erschöpfung der Muskeln und einem Abbau der Glycogenvorräte in den Skelettmuskeln geführt hat. Diese positive Wirkung wird erzielt, wenn Kohlenhydrate aus allen Quellen eingenommen werden — und zwar insgesamt 4 g pro kg Körpergewicht, dosiert, innerhalb der ersten 4 und nicht später als 6 Stunden nach der hochintensiven und/oder langanhalten Aktivität, die zur Erschöpfung der Muskeln und einem Abbau der Glycogenvorräte in den Skelettmuskeln geführt hat.
